how to change the gimp language from Japanese to english

Hello guys today i am going to teach you how to change the language of the gimp-2.10 from Japanese to English. After installing my GIMP was changed to Japanese language might be it has choose from my OS. From Japanese language its hard for a non native to change Japanese language to English language even I have searched for some help online but not a good choice might work for old version. So, here I am going to help you to change from Japanese to English language in simple form first
open a notepad write down his line,
set lang=en
cd C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin
gimp-2.10.exe

and save it in .bat format after saving it run this program. It will change your Japanese language Gimp to English Language.
